          LCX          Co-dominant Atherosclerotic with distal 70% lesion .  

          OM           Atherosclerotic  within normal .  

         RCA          co-dominant Atherosclerotic with no significant lesion .

Conclusion:         Atherosclerotic CAD  distal LCX .

Recommendation:    For PCI to LCX with   DES .
