Recurrent chest pain .
Approach :
Rt. Femoral approach .
Catheters used : EBU 4 guiding catheter .
Procedure :
EBU 4 guiding catheter cannulate left system .
Run-through wire proceed till the distal diagonal .
Direct stenting with a stent ultimaster 3 x 15 inflated till 1 ATM .
Post stenting show TIMI /// folw with good stent appsition and no edge dissection .
Conclusion :
successful PCI to diagonal , clopidogrel 150 mg one daily for two weeks then 75 mg
once for 12 months .
