Coronary angiography :
LM Atherosclerotic, biurcate into LaD
and LCX .
LAD Atherosclerotic with proximal 50 % para –
osteal lesion ,
followed by
ectatic segment then ,total occlusion with
faint anterograde
and retrograde filling from left system
.
DIAG Atherosclerotic vessels .
LCX Atherosclerotic co-dominant with distal
70% lesion .
OM Atherosclerotic without significant lesion .
RCA co-dominant Atherosclerotic without lesion .
Conclusion:
Atherosclerotic CAD total LAD occlusion , distal LCX .
